Demo V8 lets you shut down the entire electricity network with E on a power pole. Check for an accidental shutdown when several machines stop together.

Checks and decisions

What to check
Read the power network notification: V8 added a visual warning when power falls below the required threshold. Check the network state and connected machines before expanding production.
Before you spend
Use the current game’s displayed demand and generation. The announcement does not provide per-machine wattage, a universal wire range or a complete generator budget.
